Choosing the tuning stage

Stage 1 suits many standard Hilux applications. Stage 2 is matched to supporting modifications, and custom or hybrid-turbo tuning is tailored to the actual build. An exhaust upgrade is not automatically required for every remap; we advise on the specific vehicle and intended result.

Our Bloemfontein branch supplies De Graaf and Viper bolt-on exhaust systems. We also offer gearbox calibration on supported applications, with road development used to refine shift behaviour and drivability. Newer Toyota software generations are checked individually before we confirm compatibility.

Development and expectations

We use our own calibrated dyno for base development, alongside diagnostics, data logging and road testing. The package takes account of the engine, transmission, hardware and fuel. Potential fuel savings depend on how the vehicle is driven and what it carries.
